Welcome to Suavic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Suavic website, including all content, features, and services offered through it (the “Site”), and any purchase you make through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). Suavic (“Suavic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products

Suavic sells bamboo-blend anti-fatigue footsleeves and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including colors and sizing, as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are designed to provide general comfort, support, and anti-fatigue benefits. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unless expressly stated otherwise. Any testimonials, reviews, or descriptions referencing conditions such as plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, swelling, or chronic pain reflect individual experiences and general product positioning, not medical claims or guarantees of outcome. 3. Orders and Payment

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise; these will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only; we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Sale items, worn or used items, and items outside the applicable return window may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
